Brian will be pouring delicious samples from three regional craft distilleries. All three are handmade by small teams who use local ingredients to make unique and tasty spirits: a Jamaican-style dunder-fermented rum, a hybrid of Dutch- and English-style gins, and a spirit distilled from blue agave and Vermont maple syrup.
