In this seminar, you’ll learn how the city has been imagined throughout cocktail history: in the drinks that bear its name, the recipes that originated here, and the books and tools that spread Boston’s drinking culture around the world. Plus, you’ll get a hands-on lesson in preparing two of the city’s most famous twentieth-century representative drinks: the Ward 8 and the Ritz Fizz.
