Brian will be pouring delicious samples from three regional craft distilleries. All three are handmade by small teams who use local ingredients to make unique and tasty gins and whiskey (test whether you can identify the secret ingredients!).

There will also be copies of Distilled Knowledge available for purchase, and a pen with which they can be signed!
